These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mikejin! website ("Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

Any references to "you," "your," or "user" refer to you, the person accessing the Site. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Mikejin!" refer to the Mikejin! brand and entity.

C. Intellectual Property (Beats & Audio): All material on the Site, including but not limited to instrumentals (beats), audio previews, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Mikejin! and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
Rights Warning: Simply accessing this Site or streaming the beats does not grant you any rights to use, record over, or commercially exploit the musical works. To use the beats, you must purchase a valid license through our official store on the BeatStars platform.

3. PURCHASING LICENSES AND BEATS (VIA BEATSTARS)

This Site functions as a catalog and portfolio. We do not process sales directly on this Site. To purchase beats or licenses, the user will be redirected to the third-party platform BeatStars (or another designated platform). By clicking on purchase buttons ("Buy," "Purchase," "Add to Cart"), you acknowledge that:

A. Prohibited Use: It is strictly prohibited to use any software, device, or manual process to "rip," copy, or download the audio streamed on the Site without authorization (except for free downloads explicitly permitted and marked as such).

B. User Content: If you send messages or feedback through the Site, you agree not to send content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

The Site contains links to other websites and resources, specifically BeatStars, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. When you access these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. Mikejin! does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. AS SALES OCCUR EXTERNALLY, MIKEJIN! IS NOT LIABLE FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING FAILURES OR DIGITAL DELIVERY ERRORS OPERATED BY BEATSTARS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mikejin! from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute specifically regarding the use of this website (and not regarding commercial transactions on BeatStars) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faro, Portugal.
